Noah provided excellent advice and service in sourcing our new car. He guided us in what suited our needs, suggested several possible options on Autotrader and then was willing to go and look over the car and even pick it up for us, all for a very small fee. He negotiated a very good deal for purchasing a new car and secured a good price for my old car. He went to the seller and thoroughly checked out the new car including a test drive and running diagnostics. He then delivered the new purchase and took away my old car. Noah was fantastic in communicating everything about the car and letting me know what work had been done to it and working out a part exchange for my old car.
I highlighted some items on the MOT that I wondered had been done and Noah came to an agreement on getting them sorted before buying the car.
Afterwards there was a couple small issues that I brought up with Noah, he said get a quote and we can look at it together. Took it to my local garage and Noah’s worked with me for work that’s been done and helped with getting quality parts sorted for one of the other issues.
